Privacy: Your name, email or phone number is never shared, or sold to anyone by me.  All requests to be taken off the email list will be honored.  If you have any questions at anytime please contact me and share with me your concern. This privacy policy applies to this site www.coachdannyg.com only.  It does not apply to other websites to which we link.  Your continued use of this site and services indicates your assent to the privacy policy as posted. Coachdannyg utilizes the CoachsEye app for sports video analysis. And wix.com hosts the website.

Cancellation and Refund policy

All services are binding. I offer limited refunds on coaching services.  As your coach I will work with you and guide you to reach your stated goals and build your self-confidence, in your specific situation. Part of that is requiring a commitment from you that you are fully invested in your coaching package with me, as I am with you.  When full refunds are an option, a person can have “one foot in” the work, and “one foot out” the door.  It is to Your benefit to decide before purchasing your package and committing to work with me that I am the right coach for you, and that we fully understand each other.  If you’re in, you need to be 100% in, just as I will be fully committed to you. 

Should you need to reschedule a coaching session, you may do so by providing 24 hours notice in advance of your session and making up the session within 10 days of the originally scheduled date. Sessions not cancelled 24 hours in advance will not be eligible for make-ups, with few major exceptions.  It is important that you prioritize this work to receive the full benefit of your coaching package.
