This website offers visitors tele-personal life coaching, remote video baseball analysis, and online baseball/softball lessons. All coaching services and communications, email, or otherwise, delivered by coach dannyg as well as information on this website (coachdannyg.com) come from years of life experience, speaking to professionals, education, and personal observations, and are meant to help motivate you to identify, clarify, and assist you on your way to reaching your stated goals, and becoming your own best coach. You need to do the work, and results are not guaranteed.

And you agree to release, waive, acquit, and forever discharge your Coach from every claim, suit, action, demand, or right to compensation for damages you may claim to have arising out of acts of omissions by yourself or by your Coach as a result of the counseling given by your Coach or otherwise resulting from the coaching relationship contemplated by this agreement.
In order to use this website and/or receive any of these services, you must be at least [18] years of age, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.
3. Baseball & Softball Swing Analysis & Lessons:
The Remote Video Baseball Analysis Service is offered and available to parents, coaches, or players who are 18 years of age or older. Anyone under 18 years, must have parental consent.
The player, and/or parent take full responsibility for any injuries to the player or damage to property that may occur during videos, lessons, or drills. By using the services, or website you represent and warrant that you understand, agree, and meet the terms of use and conditions as stated above.

4. Parental Permission
